The Changan NEVO Q07 is a midsize plug-in hybrid SUV built for buyers who want electric driving in town without depending on chargers. It combines a 165 kW front electric motor with either a 1.5-litre (98 PS) or a 1.5-litre turbo (150 PS) engine, for up to 275 kW of system power. LFP batteries of 21.5 or 31.7 kWh give 145 or 215 km of CLTC electric range, and a 51-litre tank brings the CLTC combined range to 1,345–1,400 km. With 185 mm ground clearance and up to 1,759 litres of cargo space, it suits Russia, Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia.
The Q07 is the most flexible powertrain in the range. Unlike a range-extender, its petrol engine can drive the front wheels directly through an electronic CVT, which helps efficiency at sustained highway speeds. Day to day, most short trips can be completed on electricity alone, while long trips need nothing more than a filling station.
This makes the Q07 the easiest NEVO model to introduce in markets where electric vehicles are still new and buyers worry about charging. Fast charging (30–80 percent in about 15 minutes at up to 97 kW) is a bonus rather than a requirement. A 6 kW vehicle-to-load function can power tools or camping equipment.
The 1.5T versions (150 PS engine, 275 kW system power, 550 N·m) are the better choice for heavy loads, mountain roads or very hot climates; the naturally aspirated 1.5 is simpler and adequate for urban use. Higher editions add a 12.8-inch passenger screen, AR-HUD, ventilated and massaging seats.
Ranges are manufacturer CLTC figures for the domestic-market specification. Real-world range depends on climate, load and driving style.

KKunta · B2B Solution Manager+86 166 4651 6666In the Q07 the petrol engine can drive the wheels directly. In a range-extender such as the Q06 EREV, the engine only generates electricity. Both remove range anxiety; the PHEV is often more efficient at constant highway speeds.
No. It runs normally on petrol when the battery is low. Charging simply lets owners use cheaper electricity for everyday trips.
The 1.5T versions with 150 PS and 275 kW system power offer more reserve for heavy loads, high temperatures and climbs. Our sales team can help match editions to your market.
The manufacturer specifies 92-octane (RON 92) petrol.
