What is your minimum order quantity?
One unit. We support trial orders and small quantities, especially for new partners.
What can you buy from us?
We supply new vehicles and used vehicles from China, including fuel cars and new energy vehicles. We help buyers select models based on budget, market demand and local usage conditions, not just what is available.
Which brands do you supply?
This site covers Changan NEVO. EVtoU also supplies other Chinese brands, including BYD, Jetour, Voyah, Great Wall, Geely, GAC and Chery, as well as Toyota. See About us for the full list.
Can I mix different models in one order or container?
Yes, mixed-model orders are accepted. We help optimise container loading to save on shipping costs.
How do I get a price?
Send the model, quantity and destination through any quote form or on WhatsApp. We reply within 24 hours with a FOB or CIF quotation. Read the quotation guide for what is included.
Delivery and shipping
What is the delivery time?
In-stock vehicles: shipment can be arranged within 10 working days after payment. Custom or specific models: delivery time depends on sourcing and preparation. Please contact our sales team for a confirmed timeline.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally, including the Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia, Africa and more. Our market guides cover Saudi Arabia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia and Armenia.
How are vehicles shipped?
By Ro-Ro vessel or in containers with professional lashing. Shipping fee and delivery date are negotiated per order. See the export process.
What is the difference between FOB and CIF?
Under FOB we deliver the cars on board the ship in China and you arrange the sea freight. Under CIF we also pay freight and minimum insurance to your destination port. Both follow ICC Incoterms® 2020.
Which documents do I receive?
Bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Tell us if your import authority requires anything else.
Vehicles
Are the vehicles left-hand drive (LHD) or right-hand drive (RHD)?
Most vehicles are LHD. RHD models can be supplied upon request, depending on availability.
Are the vehicles new?
Changan NEVO models on this site are supplied new, 0 km. Used vehicles can be sourced on request.
Which charging standard do Changan NEVO cars use?
Chinese-market vehicles use GB/T connectors for AC and DC charging. Adapters and chargers for other standards can be added as charging equipment on your order.
Are the range figures realistic?
Ranges are the manufacturer's CLTC figures. Real-world range is usually lower at highway speeds and in very hot or cold weather.
Can I see the actual vehicle before shipment?
Yes. At each milestone you receive a photo or video confirming the status of your vehicle, and third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
