Why do climate and charging matter so much for model choice?
CLTC range figures are measured in mild conditions. In 45 °C Gulf summers or −25 °C Kazakh winters, real-world range falls and climate control works harder. Where public fast charging is still developing, range-extender and plug-in hybrid models protect your customers from range anxiety; in cities with good charging, battery-electric models give the lowest running cost.
What about Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries?
Russia, Kazakhstan and Armenia are members of the Eurasian Economic Union, where wheeled vehicles must meet the common technical regulation TR CU 018/2011 "On the safety of wheeled vehicles", published by the Eurasian Economic Commission. Your broker will advise which conformity document applies to your shipment.
